What is an Arborist?
An Arborist is an educated & trained tree care professional who fully understands the needs of trees.
Why do I need an Arborist?
To provide you with accurate information to insure your tree management project meets your goals.
Can you prune trees year round?
Yes, only a few species of trees have seasonal limitations. We will advise you if this affects the project.
What is the cost for an estimate?
Our estimates are free of charge from all of our Arborists.
Can I get an estimate over the phone?
No because there are many factors that go into the estimate, so unless we are able to look at the trees and or shrubs, we cannot give an estimate over the phone.
Are you insured?
Yes we are fully insured (liability & workman's compensation) and can provide you with a Certificate of Insurance upon request.
How long will my job take?
This will vary with the size of the job. We will provide you with this information with the estimate.
Do I have to be home when the work is done?
Usually not. If it would be beneficial for you to be there, the work would be scheduled for a time convenient for you.
Can I keep the wood and chips?
We will gladly leave the wood for you, cut to approximately 18" in length (unsplit). Chips can also be left on site, if requested. They make a great source of mulch.
Should my trees and landscape be fertilized?
Yes, trees should be fertilized to help replace the nutrients that are being depleted.
